Where we deliver

Every order ships from our dealership: Defiance Powersports LLC, 1910 Baltimore St, Defiance, OH 43512, United States.

• 48 contiguous states: free delivery on every order.
• Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories: please contact us before you order for a delivery quote.
• International: shipping outside the United States is not available at this time.

Prefer to collect it yourself? Choose in-store pickup at checkout and collect your vehicle at our Defiance dealership. Pickup is also free.

Handling & transit times

Your delivery time has two parts:

• Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). We inspect, prepare and secure every vehicle before it leaves our lot so it arrives ready to ride or work.
• Transit time: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday) after dispatch, depending on your location.

In total, most orders arrive within 4–9 business days of being placed.

Order cut-off time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York), Monday to Friday, start processing the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on a weekend, start processing the next business day.

For vehicle deliveries, our team or the carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

How your order ships

• Vehicles and forklifts are delivered by trusted local and regional trucking companies.
• Parts and accessories ship via FedEx or USPS.

Delivery costs

The price you see on our website is the out-the-door price, delivered to you anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. There is no extra charge for standard delivery.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we send you tracking details or your carrier’s contact information so you can follow your delivery from our lot to your door. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Possible delivery delays

Most orders arrive within the times above, but some things outside our control can slow a shipment down:

• Severe or winter weather: snow, ice, heavy rain, storms or flooding along the route
• Carrier and trucking schedules: changes to driver availability, equipment or routing
• Road conditions: closures, construction, accidents or traffic
• Holidays and peak seasons: higher shipping volumes around holidays and busy riding seasons
• Rural or hard-to-reach addresses: locations that need special equipment or extra travel time
• Delivery details: an incorrect address or no one available to receive the vehicle

If your delivery is delayed, our team will contact you with an updated timeline. You can always reach us by phone or email for the latest status.

Receiving your delivery

Please inspect your vehicle on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Report any damage within 48 hours, as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
